Resveratrol and Red Grapes are closely associated with each other. Why are red grapes so often closely associated with resveratrol? The answer is pretty simple actually. The resveratrol substance is found inside of the skin of grapes. Resveratrol grape juice is typically the kind of grape juice that is high in skin content.

The resveratrol level in most grape juices is not that high to be completely honest. Of course, grape juice has always been considered a healthy drink and clearly resveratrol is one of the reasons why that is. There are new and better ways to get higher dosages of resveratrol in your diet though, as opposed to drinking gallons and gallons of grape juice! Check out a product like Vital ResV instead, for a higher dosage.

The best way to get resveratrol nowadays is by takng a supplement, usually in tablet or cream form, that contains high dosages of resveratrol. Many of these products will be branded and named with the short form of resveratrol which is ResV. It’s simply a lot easier to spell and remember then the full version of the word.

Red grapes are more rich in resveratrol then purple grapes, but many experts say there is not much difference between the two.  Now the thing about grapes is that the resveratrol isnt very active until it’s in wine form – and that brings a totally different beverage into the equation, considering it’s alcoholic.

The fact that wine and grape juice do not have a lot of active resveratrol in it is a prime reason to instead take resv supplements in tablet, creme, or powder format. There are many resveratrol products out tha are specifcially made around resveratrol – even a chew candy.
