Anti aging foods truly are a wonderful thing. I know myself as a writer would love to stay looking “young” for as long as humanly possible.. and want to know something funny? I am a guy. I would like my skin to look young and I would like to get ID’d when I go to a club for as long as possible… because how long until I am too old to go? That being said, I would like to eat as many anti aging foods as possible before I die, or get too old to go to the clubs.

I went out on a mission to find the best anti aging foods because it is honestly a topic of interest for me and I wasn’t 100% sure of all the best anti aging foods on the market. Here they are.

Berries: Specifically berries like Blueberry, Acai Berry, Raspberries, etc. But all berries have very nice anti aging effects on your body. I for one will be adding berries to my morning cereal to start, and will let you know about any new tips I think of.

Avocado: Avocado has long been believed to maintain healthy and young looking skin. This is something that I’ve never tried before but now that I know it’s a solid anti aging food I am going to try it.

Garlic: Before you try this anti aging product, make sure to haveĀ  stick or two of gum handy for afterwards. Garlic is said to help protect against a number of illnesses such as heart disease and colon cancer.

Ginger: Ginger is an anti aging food that is said to help your circulatory system, in turn leaving your skin more vibrant and younger looking.
